Thank you all for posting.

I would like to add that my pain subsides in the evening. It does tell me to take a break since I take my Iodine in the morning. One advantage I have enjoyed is I do not have bad breath that I used to have due to reflux.

I will continue after a break of a few days.

Now I need to work on the riniging behind my left ear.
