Hello all:

I have noticed that I have pain in my throat around my Adam's apple for last few days. I have been taking 5drops of Lugol's everyday. Since the pain started I increased my Iodine intake. I did 8drops two days ago, 10 yesterday and 15 today. My pain has increased. Does this mean I am taking too much iodine?

I also do Vitamin C and Sea Salt at night.
