Have your friend check out The Master Cleanse Fast. It is excellent to get rid of the pheglm, I have COPD. Was on oxygen for 5 yrs 3 months & 26 days Went on Blood Type Diet and did Master cleanse for 3 days 5 days and 12 days. I no longer need oxygen during the day. I also prayed for healing daily. I told myself I am healing too. Hope this info helps your friend.
