Unless caused by repetative motions at work get the lower back squared away and the lower cervical spine. I see a lot of this with the checkout girls at the grocery store. The repetative motions of scanning all the goodies tends to be a problem for the wrist and lower neck. Pretty easy to fix.
The feet are another thing. The previous post has what I recommend for feet so take a look at that.
Tunnel carpal is almost easy to fix but they have to take care of their neck after that. Its called occupational hazzards. We all have them so maintanance is required. Keeps us chiropractors in business. Plus the inventive ways people figure out to hurt themselves. The stories are fun to listen to. I've heard some good ones too.
But yeah, plenty you can do.
