I woke up nauseaus this morning and have already thrown up twice (in 45 min). I have no fever (it was 97.7). Usually I keep a bottle of pepto on hand for emergencies, but the pills have long past expired. Can anyone please help me with something I could take/eat/do to make my stomach feel better? Vitamins/ACV/Coconut oil?
