Thanks for commenting Evanluck. If you are a male, you may not let your nails grow out long enough to really notice. My nails have always grown quickly but not strong enough to stay long for any great length of time. My Mom took my hand and looked at my nails one day and asked if I had started going to a manicurist. It was fun to say no and that I'm just getting healthier.

I have not been able to convince her to try the ML protocols for health reasons but perhaps I could sway her vanity some? It's sad to say but I would probably have better luck.
