Silver made with a current controlled generator like a Silver Puppy or Silvergen will work miracles. You can make and use as much as you want.

I say buy a machine and make your own. Use your silver when you are getting sick. Then if you feel the need, compare yours to the manufactured products available. Most of the manufactured products aren't as good and some are potentially harmful.
