Hi, I am Diedre. This is my second time coming here posting. I fasting last year for about 2 weeks and lost 16 pounds. This time I am planning to fast until Christmas. I will need lots of support because this time I am doing it alone. I had friends doing it with me last time which made it easier plus I was working a lot. This time I am home most of the day and food will be all around me.
Starting weight 208
Goal weight 180
