i never had the big pimples either. i never related my problems to mirena either until i found this site. i want my mirena out so bad, but mine is lost and i dont have the money for them to find it. i was told when i got mirena that it only released the hormone locally and no side effects except maybe no periods. i hope every thing goes well for you.
