there som much knowledge here i thought i would ask. i hurt my wrist the other day. slightly swollen, no bruising, fingers slightly swollen and so very painful. iduprophrn, 2 every 6 hours takes the edge off, but ca't use it and pain is there even without movement. am trying to do all i can to keep it stable. any suggestions on what i can do? soaking with Epsom Salts or mag oil? anything i can take? am not one that goes to the dr. thanks for any suggestions you might have.
