hi there - and congratulations with your success & your pregnancy! i too have read a lot of literature on UT but haven't seen anything on breastfeeding so i will only offer you my humble laymans opinion! UT seems to have been incredibly successful for you, and anything which is helping your immune system would surely help your baby?
that's just my opinion, i hope you get some other (more erudite!) answers.
