Yes, I've considered and debated whether I should take it for a long time. Today I felt a lot better and I haven't taken anything. I took xanax yesterday and was finally able to sleep and eat. My body needed it. I have taken no vitamins or anything today. I'm able to see now that I am not anxious that I do feel depressed(loss of interest in my usual activities, no interest in anything). The anxiety was so strong that it was the only thing on my mind. I am now at a loss.
