Hi Hally,

I just wanted to add to HealerGeorge's reply, which is wonderful as always, that I personally get my magnesium the same way as we all got it before tablets were invented - from green leafy vegetables in the diet, eaten raw as a salad.

Every lunch time I chop up some fresh dark green leaves - spinach is my favourite - and add any other tempting fresh produce I happen to find in the greengrocer's: chopped apple, pear, etc. as well as my favorite food - almonds with skin on.

I'm as much of a health freak as anybody but I get all my nutrients through the diet and don't take any tablets except spirulina, which are only available that way.

By using green leaves as a source of magnesium you also benefit from taking in chlorophyll, which is a "wonder food" - the very essence of nature and the growing life force.

I just took a look on the Web to see what almonds have in them, and found this: "Almonds are a surprisingly decent source of calcium: [they] contain more calcium than any other nut. Almonds are also a significant source of magnesium, which contributes to strong bones as well, and they supply a healthy amount of vitamin E." What's more they taste good!

Try it and see if it makes you feel good!

Lots of love

Deborah
