Oh I've read about Mircette being a 3rd generation and being less safe. I am not sure what I'm going to do. I'd like to finish out this month on it and then go to another birth control.

I absolutely need to eat solid foods. My ND says I am not the kind of person that can fast or just do raw foods. I've already lost a ton of weight with my anxiety attacks and being a very thin person naturally, this only makes things look worse. Mentally, I can't handle losing any more weight, it makes me very self-conscious.

I am avoiding any stimulants. I'd like to just stop taking everything I am taking for a few days. I was prescribed xanax yesterday and it caused me to sleep for about 18 hours. I feel a lot better today.
