I did in fact listen to one of your guided meditations,
just about an hour ago *smile*,
and found it was a very pleasant experience.
(it was the one you did from Bard college)

I will make a point to also listen to the one you suggest asap,
and to go to the website link you provided.

Yes thanks for the confirmation also of what I am doing
a bit at a time, as I can.. as far as getting rid of old things a bit at a time,
that do not serve who I am now..etc,
and I have been working towards trying to resurround myself with personal
choice beautiful things that I feel keep me upbeat and in good spirits.
Also, have been spending time reading books that interest me,
I even bought online some very nice coloring books lol !
(to satisfy the child within) and have had great fun with that.

Hmmm what you said about accepting more where I am now,
makes a great deal of sense.
I will apply myself into that area.
