dear george,

i have been to a parodontologist, who told me i have parodontitis. They want to treat it with anti biotics and cleaning out the pockets. I do not beleive in this treatment, because if my system does not change i will create new parodontitis. Nevertheless, i wonder if the current parodontitis will go away by changing my diet, or that i need to get this pocket-cleanse and change my diet so it won't come back.

And then... the diet.. what to avoid and what to take.

Can you please advice me on this? I read your name in the forumlist and somehow i feel you are the right person to ask.
