Hi Anna,

Didn't like hearing that your knee was hurting....hope it gets better soon. Your cream sounds great! Wish I could drop over for a cuppa and try some...it sure would be heaps better than the bought stuff like you said. Those tomato plants sounded great...really resiliant.

Those damn black spots and grits...I was hoping you were over them...but the best thing I found was the massaging (with your cream) and the buckets of salt I have taken...(you should see me though...I've blown up quite a bit because of all the salt...I'll have to stop taking so much but it really did help clear them up).

I bought some of your MSM so I'll try that too....
