Lovely to hear from you, when I think of you I get very sort of breath. I feel this is because you are breathing very shallowly. I would like you to become conscious of your breathing and consciously breathe into your lower abdomen. May be, if you joined a Yoga class, they would show you how to do this properly.

What I am sensing is there is an imbalance in the Sacred and Solar Plexus Chakra. The Sacred Chakra is your connection to family and loved ones and may well have gone out of balance due to the divorce you are going through. The Solar Plexus Chakra is your emotional centre and may also be being affected for the same reason.

This could also help with the breathing exercises as well.

Given your experiences with the weather, I feel, you are becoming more sensitive to energies. This is part of the awakening of the planet, which a lot of people are feeling at the moment. The divorce may be part of the same process as we are being asked to release all attachment to thing.

This does not mean that we should not love and share our love with other. It means that we should allow our love to flow in many more channels without attachment.

Therefore I would ask you to hug many more people and ask them to be gentle with you because of your sensitive breast. I would like you to hold the hug for a much longer time till you can feel the warmth of the other persons love soaking into your body bringing healing and sharing of the love you are both made of.

I also feel that you need to look where you are going in your life and what you would like to create in the future. Therefore become aware of your self talk i.e. what you say to yourself when you look into a mirror? Just check that this is supportive and positive? Love yourself and appreciate who and what you are. Think about what you do want and what brings you joy in life.

I feel if you do the above, you would feel your hormones coming back into balance and the problems with your periods and PMT and hormones would all drop away. You have so much love to give, just consciously open up new channels through which you can flow your energies and share your love in a giving innocent way.
