Holy moly, Vedge, um, yeah you are way more healthy than me!!! lol. Great work, though, you take incredible care of yourself. I eat many more veggies than I ever have in my life but I'm still struggling with a love/hate relationship with junk food (mostly sweets & breads, not fast food or fried) and my body fat is higher than yours - high side of the healthy range. I guess I just have lots more work to do! Thanks for the info. :-)
