My colon hydrotherapist put my on "Detox Program". Back then I did not know that from using Senna and Cascara Sagrada you can get very dependable and terribly constipated. Although, I had about 10 colon therapies, I am still severely constipated. I eat very healthy, I drink about 1 gallon of watter per day, I use probiotics, I take enzymes, etc. I already did 3 Liver Flushes but it seems like I am going nowhere. I had colonoscopy done a few weeks ago and my doctor found that I have a dark pigment on my colon walls. He said because I was "abusing" laxatives. I didn't. I had no idea that the supplements I've used had Senna and Cascara Sagrada. It seems also that my metabolism slowed down. How can I come out of this mess. I have a bowel movement ONLY by using enemas. Please help!!!
