I have become very comfortable on this fast. How long can I do it for. I thought perhaps another week. I am not wasting away and feel fine.

Had to give up a dinner invitation to New Scotland yard last Friday and have been invited to dinner a Rules, an awesome resturant in Covent Garden London and have had to refuse - now that hurt!!

Any advice gratefully accepted.
