I also want to ask you another question. I went to your website the other day and fell asleep whilst listening to your online meditation. I was woken up by some noise, I looked up and a little robin had flown in through my window and was trying to get out. I managed to let it out within a minute so it didn't seemed distressed. I was wondering if there was any meaning in that.
