Hi, Judy,

Yes, I know that dairy is not good for Os, but I am experimenting with the raw cow's milk for the next few months. Already, I do not clear my throat after the milk and my sinuses seem to be cleare -- no constipation with it. I don't have a great reaction to regular milk and take it very seldom, but do notice that after regular ice cream, I am clearing my throat all the time.

So, it will be interesting to see how the raw milk, etc. goes.
