I have had anxiety and depression for years. I just completed one year on Lexapro, and stopped it in July. I had been doing fairly well until a few days ago, when I became short of breath during my workout and began panicking. Since then, I am so afraid of the disorder returning, and I really don't want to go back on an SSRI. I feel depressed about this, and have been unable to think of anything but my anxiety for three days. Any advice/insight would be greatly appreciated.
