What you have described is a number of the symptoms of the evolution process at the moment.

You need to relax and love yourself just as you are. Your own self image and self talk is so important at this time.

For 7 years you have tried it the old way and think that there is something outside yourself that can fix it. It is time you empowered yourself and started to do your inner work.
