For those of you trying to heal leaky gut, here is a cheap herb I stumbled upon that nobody probably even thinks of.

Chia seed.

When you put a spoonful in water, after about an hour it makes a gel with soothing properties, kind of like not-quite ready jello.

I'm so happy to feel free again. Leaky gut left over from killing the candida is something I had overlooked and now that I have caught on to it and focusing on it now is making all the difference. Marshamallow root, Shatavari, Slipeery Elm and Chia are my new best friends:)
