Dear Amir

Thank you for your description about the dark circles around the eyes and knuckles and toes you are truly blessed to have these.

How would you feel if I was to suggest that you appreciate this quality and love the fact that you have it; without trying to change it? That you accept this as part of your natural skin markings and a quality that makes you unique and beautiful?

If you look to the animal kingdom there is such a diverse array of skin marking and this also does occur in humans as well. Each part of the World produces a slightly different skin colour and if your parents come form two different countries it may happen that you may have some of your mothers colouring and some of your fathers in different parts of your body.

I do not know how noticeable the marking is but I would really like you to give yourself a month of loving yourself just as you are. Without thinking that you have a physical problem in any of your organs that may be coursing these marks.

Would you be willing to give it one month, to love yourself as you are?

During this period be of service to other, give your love freely to all those that come into your life. This may be as simple as giving a loving smile or a soft ward of comfort or recognition as you pass someone in the street. Allow you energy to radiate from you and be happy being who you are in this moment.

Please let me know how you got on in a months time.
