Hi Vedge,

Would you mind terribly my asking your age? And are you a "junk food vegan" or a quite healthily eating vegan? I ask b/c I would love to see results like yours. I'm relatively young & healthy (31) and have always worked out but not as vigorously as you. I guess I'm just comparing and wondering at my mild results compared to stories like this. Maybe I just have a few more Liver Flushes before the dam breaks! :-)
