From what you say the twitching you are experiencing is not improving from doing cleanses as you have already discovered. I would say that the twitching is more based in your energy field and an imbalanced or blocked meridian i.e. energy or nerve channel. You may find a benefit from going to see some one who practices acupuncture or does energy work.

But my own feeling is just to change your mind about the twitching. Ones own self-talk is very important, just be aware of what you are saying to yourself about yourself; as your body shows up as you tell it to. For example “thumb nails look shocking very split” This self-talk create the effect that your nails look and appear in the way you think about them. If you change your mind and take positive action for example “ Say I love my beautiful fingernails; these are becoming more beautiful each day”. Ask your higher self if there is something you could eat or drink that would bring more nourishment to your finger and thumb nails; be aware of your cravings, following this suggestion.

Please be relaxed about yourself, love yourself exactly as you are. If you would like to change something about yourself, come from love and use your imagination to create the energy blue print, of how you would like to be, then watch your body grow into that positive loving vision.
