More energy is what every person with MS wants, so I take my soaking baths early in the morning or just spray with 3% on me in my shower. I don't use this strong amount on my head even though I have light hair but I just don't like the way my hair feels afterwards. If I lived in California, beach-bunny-blonde might just work for me. lol
