Hi Sun,

My hair does at time seem to 'bite' if it is a rogue hair that has fallen on my neck or arm....it is quite bizaar... I've placed a fallen hair back on my head and while all the other were perfectly still, this hair has twisted and twirled seemingly with a life of its own...will try the vinegar as you suggested...

My tip is massage, massage, massage.....for HOURS with olive oil and get the stuff out....
