Take a look at this Liver Flush alternative. It's called the Classic Coke Flush:

Instead of using Classic Coke, you could suggest to her to use any strongly-flavoured carbonated fruit drink from a health food store. It hides the flavour of the OO. You could try it yourself first and see if it works for you - if it improves the flavour. It would be even better if you could give her a small mixture (say a 1/4 tablespoon of OO (Olive-Oil) mixed with 3/4 tablespoon of carbonated fruit drink, shake well) and see what she thinks.

A lot of people dislike the taste of OO (Olive-Oil) even when mixed with citrus juices. Concerned Auntie tried this, as the OO/citrus made her nauseous, and she had no trouble after that. For her story, google "Concerned Auntie" in the Liver Flush Forum . She's done a LOT of posting, but many are about this particular version of the liver flush.
