I'd throw that toothbrush and any other one I'd used lately out, along with the tooth paste and the mouthwash.

Did you and your lady eat the same thing at subway?

I'd be find myself some pure Turkish oregano oil and olive leaf tincture that are full spectrum natural antibiotic, antivirual and antifungals that won't mess with your natural probiotics.

Make dang sure your bowels are flowing well and do some lymph cleansing to take the toxins down and out instead of trying to release throw your mouth.

If not better in just a few days.  Stop eating and get oranges and go to juicing.
