Hi Anna,

Just a quick hello...hope you are well. Skin is still quite good. Am still getting a few of the sand grits out of my skin and am losing hair by the handfull - but I have no leisons or black dots or 'wriggling' (ehhhh! thank goodness!!)

Fallen out hair 'dances' and 'flips' by itself.(it is quite strange)- I have straight hair. It is not 'static' as it is not 'drawn to the charge source' rather it seems to have a life of its own. The other lady with this affliction says the same thing is happening to her as well. I am 99 percent better than what I was and I think you must be feeling heaps better than this time last year too...(It's been a long haul hasn't it?!).

Exam time - have a bundle of marking down in the car - I'll get up early tomorrow and start marking.

Went to the markets today and got SO much fruit! I bought 2 large pineapples, 6 rockmellons, 6 startapples, 6 'pudding fruit', a large watermellon, and loads of vegetables!! Yummmmm!
