OK, I read part of this, but I am still asking:  why on earth would you train your lymph system to carry toxins to the mouth??  Toxins are suppose to do down and out.

Y'all all pull while I go for a walk, do my dry skin brushing and take a long hot soak then a cold water sitz bath!!!!!
