Kmorris...thank's so much for your response. I haven't checked the forum in awhile. Well luckily the bursitis finally cleared up on its own after about 10 days. I was basically crippled during those days. It was no fun!! If it didn't start to clear up seeing a chiropractor was definitely going to be an option. I also started to do some of the exercises in peter Egoscue's "Pain Free" book...people swear by it. T o be honest I only did the exercises for 1 day since it did start clearing up. The vitamin C is an interesting idea and I'll keep that in mind should it ever flare up again. Again thanks for your insightful post!!
