no.. I am taking approx 400 mg of Magnesium Citrate (in a powder water soluable form). i add this to my kelp/greens. plse advise.. I recently also purchased a ionic foot detox an have done that twice and will do it everyday until I"m better. Physically I feel really good afterward,s but unfortunately my eye has not improved yet. thanks ml
