i hesitate to give you suggestions as you may already have tried them. My thought is that this is not a foot problem but a systemic fungal problem, possibly an over run of candida. i would suggest some probiotics, some fermented vegetables, and you may want to run this by the people on the Candida Forum .

you can also buy them pre made at the store. the brand name is rejuvenative foods.

have you tried tea tree oil on your feet? what about young living essential oils?

but really i dont think your foot problem will clear up till your systemic problem clears up. you probably need to go on a low Sugar diet, and do some cleansing with vegetable juices. i would go to the Candida Forum and read some of the R messages by stanndard and sans sucre, those might be helpful for you.

of course the best thing you can do is to go outside and walk around in the grass or sand with your barefeet, as much and as long as possible. this will help quite a bit. you cvan even get a box and fill it with pebbles or dirt and then put your bare feet in there while you are watching TV or sitting at the computer.
