thanx for all the good info. mike... i am finishing my heavy metal detox and will wait a few days and then use dmsa. i am currently taking digestive enzymes. is animal enzymes better than plant or vice versa?? how do you use the coconut oil? also if R lipoic acid is beter than ala than why aren't more people talking about it? and why didn't andy say that in his book?
