I was surprized when you said strawberries are an avoid, I eat them often. So I checked the TypeBase 4- They are neutral for O Sec and avoid for O nonnies.

So if they effect you badly, maybe you are a nonnie, have you had your sec done?
I haven't, so I follow Sec foods and they don't effect me bad.

Please let me know if you've been test? Maybe we can save close to $50.00 by comparing how food effects us. Take Care.
