The sitz bath is a medical invention based on simple science that can be repeated over and over and it will obey Nature everytime with every one.

I can't imagine anyone too many years ago was sucking and spitting olive oil. People would not be so wasteful with such a valuable food.

The point I am making, most of these people are probably using TOXIC olive oil products in the first place.

I will bet anyone on that FORUM THIS:
Take a pee and you just removed 10,000X more toxins that a cup of sucking/spitting of olive oil could do.
