There is only one type of iron and iron is toxic at a certain level. Hair analysis is not an accurate way of determining metal exposure and what makes you think you are being damaged because you have more titanium exposure than 68% of people?. Chromium , copper, etc are not harmful unless your exposure is over a certain level and you are making yourself and your family neurotic by obsessing over everything.
Acid foods cause aluminum to dissolve from cans.
