From the link you have provided, NCI mentions alcohol consumption and body weight as contributing factors in Breast Cancer causation along with physical inactivity.

Their statement that they are supporting studies evaluating how changes in diet, physical activity, nutrition, and environmental factors could lead to a reduced risk of developing Breast Cancer is laudable, and is an admission that drugs are not the only answer, but that Natural healing and lifestyles play a major role is to be commended. Whether that is a token gesture remains to be seen.
