if i knew then what i know now i would not have gotten mirena. i noticed my symptoms were not as bad when i went to the gym and worked out. my mirena is now lost. please check your strings every month!!! and listen to your body. it is so scary having something causing you physical and mental pain and not having insurance or the money to locate a missing mirena. good luck!!! i have or had mine for three years and did not get pregnant. i hope it works out for you.
