How are you doing on day two? Yesterday went great for me and I dropped another 1.5 lbs. Just cream cheese and heavy cream all day. YUCK.  Hang in there today. Day two and three were difficult for me. I felt generally craptacular I think because toxins were being released. I don't remember how long you were planning on going but if you can make it past day 2 and 3 it really is uphill from there. GOOD LUCK.
