So how different would you expect to feel in the active vs. non-active phase? For example, the full moon is coming up in just over a week- should it be obvious that the giardia are much more active in terms of pain levels, etc.? Also, how do you take the turmeric? Is it okay mixed in with lots of food, or best to take it somehow mostly by itself?
