I suspect that the probiotic you are using is not having any effect. I would get a high quality probiotic like LB17 or syntol or something with lactobacillus sporogenes, and then take that with the rejuvenative fermented veggies, along with some FOS powder.

I would also consider doing a liquid fast. That could be juice, tea, broth, raw eggs (you can blend the raw eggs with cream and honey and cinnamon and Sea Salt to make a nice energizing shake), cream, or anything liquid. take plenty of triphala during the fast.
