I hear you.

After reading Humble's book, I increased my drops to about 10 of his sized-drops at one time, and about 20 altogether for a day, to try it. I was nauseous for an hour, then I ended up throwing up, and feeling flu-like all day ... aches and pains, etc...

But, the next day, I felt "like a million bucks."


Anyhow, it seems that slower is better, so I went back to my original dosage.
