Well, it's been three days now, and I awoke at 11:17 after 7 full hours of sleep, without getting up once!!!
I've been doing pretty good in the wholesome food department, not perfect but no major overeating and little of the no-no's. Some home-canned salmon with great salads; home-made oxtail soup; one restaurant meal; no desserts; some cheese and good bread; good yogurt. Two kinds of seaweed, kelp and dulse, a little with each meal/snack, and mouthfuls of water as I go.
Small amounts of moist Pascalite on skin where needed, twice.
One or two drops of Antibiotic in eye, on an eyelash scratch. (Won't continue unless Troubled.)
Still smoking, but with a few nice breaks.
Strangely revisited old, old emotional trauma, and gently blessed everyone involved, including myself. (Was this an "emotional cleansing'? This process seems to take place over either 24 or 48 hours. It left me with a new and quiet regard for all the people involved.)
Also quietly let go of the 'habit' of awakening.
Seven hours of uninterupted sleep, when just the night before I was up every hour and a half, as usual, is a milestone!!!
Going to do it again tonight! ...By staying in the same mode.
I wish you the same success.

Once again, I didn't need to get up in the night (after years of every 1 1/2 - 2 hours), although I had too short of a night...4 hours. My circadian clock needs resetting. That's for tonight. Don't know if I can do it in one shot.
Also, today is bright and shiny. I went out on the deck and got a couple of minutes of sunshine on my face, arms and legs. Vitamin D, I think.
...With seaweed, water, a little clay, and wholesome food, I think I'm on my way. I did have a big bowl of cream of wheat this a.m., with some butter and seaweed. (Sigh.)
But I'm up and moving! Taking down the Christmas tree, and other householdy things.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a major breakthrough in my life...to sleep through the night without interuption. Who would have guessed that the change would be so easy? ...A little blessed seaweed instead of just Seasalt . Actually, I think I'm using less Seasalt .
Hope my experience helps you.
