No, I am not using Colon Cleanse caps any more. I used them for 3 months. I was always sick then I took them. I am taking digestive gold enzymes by Enzymedica . These enzymes do not include Bromelain, however, these enzymes have a lot of acidophylus, amylase, lipase, etc. Did you try Oxypowder ????
P.S. I did try prunes, however, they do not work at all.....
